What ships
Three modules, one app
League Autopilot ships three modules at launch. They share one account, one set of people, and one schedule.
Modules
What each module does
All three come bundled at launch. There are no add-ons to buy.
-
League Management
Leagues, divisions, teams, members, fields, seasons, messages, the books, and a public website. Admins use it from the web console. No AI in the core.
-
AI Scheduling
AI drafts a full season of games from a short form. It can also read an existing schedule from a PDF, photo, or calendar file. You approve before any game is created.
-
AI Team Captain Assistant
AI compiles a captain’s lineup rules once. A plain-code engine then fills each game and runs sub recruitment.
How the AI works
Where AI runs, and its limits
AI runs only where it saves real work. Each use follows the same rules.
-
Runs on our servers
Every AI call runs on our servers. The app never talks to an AI provider directly.
-
Checked first
Our code checks every AI answer against a fixed format. It rejects anything that does not fit.
-
Reviewed by a person
Schedules, imports, and assistant proposals wait for a person to approve them. Schedule batches can be undone for 24 hours.
-
Compiled once, then plain code
Lineup rules use AI once, at compile time. Every game after that runs on code that gives the same answer each time.
-
No AI in officials
Officials assignment, when it ships, will use a rules engine, not a model.
Bring your own agent
Your AI agent, inside your permissions
An outside agent can do only what its owner can do by hand. It never cancels games, removes people, archives teams, or changes roles.
MCP connector
Built- Connect any AI app that supports MCP, with one sign-in as yourself.
- You pick which areas it may read or change. It uses the same tools and limits as the CLI.
Agent CLI
Built- A command-line tool for your own AI agent. It sets up leagues, divisions, teams, venues, games, and members.
- Org admins see each agent’s access and can switch all agent access off at once.
